Nate Logan

Founder

Thank you for considering Stillwater Partnerships.

I help leaders and organizations grow through a shepherding approach to leadership.

I have the privilege to serve bi-vocationally as a pastor, leadership coach, and in leadership development with Chick-fil-A in Northwest Indiana. I love the opportunity to serve business leaders in their companies and ministry leaders in their churches.

In my 20 years of combined business and pastoral leadership, I have led across multiple contexts from multi-site organizations in the U.S. to international work in Brazil, gaining an understanding of people, culture, and leadership development at various levels. These different lanes have allowed me to work alongside executive and high-capacity leaders to strengthen organizational health, develop healthy teams, and implement systems and processes that drive both culture and results.

In my personal time, I enjoy cycling, playing golf, practicing latte art, and working on DIY renovation projects that turn ordinary spaces into something beautiful. My wife Cherith is an interior stylist and teacher, creating beauty through Stillwater House.

We currently live in Northwest Indiana, an hour from Chicago.

About Our Name

Stillwater

From one of the most beloved poems in Jewish history, King David describes being led beside still waters, where he finds refreshment, safety, calm, and green pastures.

Today, Stillwater captures those same realities. It represents a haven of rest, growth, and direction away from noise and pressure in order to think clearly and to move forward on the right pathway.

Partnerships

Partnership begins with listening first, then creating solutions collaboratively, shaped around your leadership, your team, and your unique context. True partnership is a process of discovery to walk and work together, building solutions that are both meaningful and measurable.
